Registration Information
The delegates registration fee includes: Welcome reception, conference
materials, proceedings (two volumes), coffee/tea breaks and
lunches.
Conference Registration Fee (incl. VAT for participants working in Sweden)
Conference fee before 31 May excl. VAT, SEK 4.100 (incl VAT SEK 5.125)
PhD students before 31 May excl. VAT, SEK 2.050 (incl. VAT SEK 2.563)
Conference fee after 31 May excl. VAT, SEK 5.000 (incl. VAT SEK 6.250)
PhD students after 31 May excl. VAT, SEK 3.000 (incl. VAT SEK 3.750)
Conference dinner incl VAT, SEK 600
Each paying participant will receive a name badge upon registration.
For security reasons all participants are requested to wear their badge
during all the Conference activities and social events.
NB: To obtain the reduced conference fee for PhD students - a certificate from the
host institute is required.

The total amount due, as calculated on the registration form, must be transferred or paid by credit card,
when the registration form is mailed.
Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received.
All payment should be made in SEK payable to Congrex Göteborg
(Ref: INPC 2004).

All expenses in connection with transferring registration fees must be paid by the delegate.
Cancellation of Registration
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Göteborg.
The registration fee will be refunded for cancellation received by Congrex before 14 May 2004 less a cancellation fee of SEK 1000.
No refund can be made for cancellation received after 14 May 2004.
Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Göteborg.
Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 28 April 2004, up to which date the total amount will be refunded.
We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after 28 April 2004.
Cancellation and/or Changes of Hotel Reservation
Cancellations and/or changes should be made in writing and received no later than 14 May 2004 by the Congrex Göteborg.
No refunds can be made for cancellation received after 14 May 2004

Abstract Submission
Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract. Abstracts must be submitted through the on-line submission no later than March 31, 2004 (Due to the great response we encountered some technical problems and have therefore extended the dead line).
All accepted abstracts will be published in a special abstract book, which will be available to all delegates attending the conference. The Scientific Committee will
not consider abstracts, which have not been prepared in accordance with these instructions. Abstracts delivered in an unsuitable format will be returned to the author.
Please keep a copy of you abstract in case of accident or production problems.
? Abstracts must be written in English.
? Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax or e-mail.
? It is the author?s responsibility to submit a correct Abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
? Maximum 3000 characters (approximately 500 words), including spaces and excluding the title and author information.
? Acknowledgment of receipt of your submission will be sent via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, your submission was not completed and needs to be re-submitted.
? You will be informed in late April by e-mail whether your contribution has been selected for an oral presentation or as a poster contribution.
? Only the corresponding author will receive mail concerning the Abstract status and is thus responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the Abstract.
Please note that if your abstract contains complicated equations or expressions, that you are not able to reproduce in the on-line submission, we recommend you to use the Latex option. In this case you should only write "PDF-file" in the field for Abstract text and then continue in order to complete your submission. When your submission is completed, send your abstract as a PDF-file according to the instructions in the e-mail confirmation received upon submission. Accomodation
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been
booked in Göteborg at preferential rates for the
conference. Hotel reservations should be made on the registration
form.
