CARbon Allotropes for MicroELectronics

The purpose of this consortium is to study and develop nanodevices based on carbon nanotubes. From seven groups which were initially involved in the project, only five are left. They will examine the production, characterization, optimization and manipulation of these carbon based nanomaterials.
