Machine shop
The main task of the Machine shop is construction, production and modification of different types of vacuum- and cryo constructions as well as equipment to be used within these constructions. We make chambers for low, high and ultra high vacuum. Examples of areas where these constructions may be used are thin film processes, sputtering systems, MBE, crystallography, beam experiments, catalytic processes and different reactor vessels.
